The game of golf is nothing without people dedicated to our profession, and therefore, through internships and PGA WORKS, we focus on providing valuable work experience within the industry that young adults can either utilize to build a career in golf or elsewhere.
Through internships and PGA WORKS, we focus on providing valuable work experience that young adults can utilize regardless of where their career takes them. Our employment pillar is designed to hire college age students to help administer our Foundation Programs and comprehensive tournament schedule. These individuals receive vast experience working in the golf industry in the fields of communications or tournament operations, customer service, and golf administration. These opportunities range from three months to one-year commitments.

Meet our Staff
The STPGA Headquarters are in Spring, TX and employs 13 full-time employees, a PGA WORKS Fellow and over 100 part-time employees.
