ABOUT J.T.
J.T. embarked on his journey with the Southern Texas PGA in January 2022, initially as a Tournament Operations Intern. Demonstrating his passion and dedication, he seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role as a Junior Golf Coordinator in June of the same year. Today, he proudly serves as the Junior Golf Manager, overseeing the development and execution of programs vital to nurturing young talents in the sport.
Hailing from Bandera, Texas, fondly known as The Cowboy Capital of the World, J.T. brings a rich cultural background to his work. He pursued his academic aspirations at Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management in 2020, followed by a Master's Degree in the same field in 2022.
Outside the realm of golf, J.T. is a devoted supporter of Detroit sports, passionately cheering on the Lions, Tigers, and Pistons. When he's not immersed in the thrill of a game, you'll find him indulging in his love for music at concerts, catching the latest blockbusters at the cinema, or enjoying quality time with friends.
