4th Annual Veterans Cup
Benefitting PGA HOPE Southern Texas
In honor of Veterans Day, PGA REACH Southern Texas proudly recognizes the strength, service, and resilience of our nation’s Veterans through the Annual Veterans Cup, held this year on November 2nd, 2026 at Walden on Lake Houston. The event will bring together graduates of 2026 and earlier Southern Texas PGA HOPE Sessions for a day defined not only by friendly competition, but by shared camaraderie and community.
Hosted by 2023 Patriot Award Recipient and PGA HOPE Lead Instructor Jonathan Shoffner, the Veterans Cup welcomes Veterans from across the region to reunite with teammates, reconnect with instructors, and continue the bonds formed during their PGA HOPE sessions. The tournament features a 4-person scramble and contest prizes throughout.
The Entry Fees are as follows: $0 for 2026 PGA HOPE Southern Texas Graduates, $35 for 2025 or Earlier Graduates. Proceeds will benefit future PGA HOPE Southern Texas sessions.

PGA HOPE, which stands for "Helping Our Patriots Everywhere" introduces golf to Veterans and Active-Duty Military with or without disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being while fostering camaraderie and wellness. This free program taught by trained PGA of America Members and Associates saves lives each year.
