About the Event
The Southern Texas PGA HOPE Cup is a annual competitive golf event that brings together Veterans and Active-Duty Military who have graduated from Southern Texas PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere). The event provides graduates the opportunity to continue their golf journey in a team-based, tournament setting while fostering camaraderie, confidence, and connection through the game of golf. Participants compete in a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates personal growth, sportsmanship, and the lasting impact of PGA HOPE beyond the program itself.

PGA REACH Southern Texas impacts Veterans through a program called PGA HOPE, which stands for “Helping Our Patriots Everywhere”. We introduce golf to Veterans and Active-Duty Service Personnel with or without disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being while fostering camaraderie and wellness. This free program taught by trained PGA of America Members and Associates saves lives each year!
