PGA of America REACH Foundation Southern Texas is a 501(c)3 organization focused on impacting lives and communities through the transformative power of golf. Best known as PGA REACH Southern Texas, the Foundation was formed in 1994 and annually impacts thousands of individuals.
Our Foundation stands on four pillars: junior golf, college scholarships, PGA HOPE, & employment opportunities. By focusing on these pillars, PGA REACH Southern Texas strives to uplift, inspire, and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS
PGA REACH SOUTHERN TEXAS AND CHARLIE EPPS CONTINUE IMPACTING LIVES THROUGH GOLF!
On September 23rd, PGA REACH Southern Texas, in collaboration with PGA Life Member Charlie Epps, proudly hosted the 4th Annual Golf Club of Houston Invitational, raising a groundbreaking $88,000 to benefit the Charlie Epps Scholarship and the STPGA Junior Golf Program. This year's event not only doubled the amount raised in 2023 but also set a new benchmark for future fundraising efforts.

PGA HOPE
INAUGURAL STPGA HOPE CUP A RESOUNDING SUCCESS
The STPGA proudly hosted the inaugural STPGA HOPE Cup on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the prestigious Clubs of Kingwood - Lake Course. This groundbreaking event celebrated PGA HOPE Southern Texas graduates, offering a day of camaraderie, competition, and community for Veterans and their families.

RECORD BREAKING MEMBERSHIP MILESTONE!
The STPGA Junior Golf program has reached a record 4,690 members, the most in its history!
This milestone highlights the growing passion for golf in Southern Texas and the STPGA’s commitment to supporting golfers of all levels.
INSPERITY INVITATIONAL JUNIOR PRO-AM ANNOUNCES 2025 QUALIFICATIONS
The Southern Texas PGA is thrilled to announce its ongoing partnership with the Insperity Invitational presented by UnitedHealthcare and the Junior Pro-Am. On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 36 STPGA Junior Golfers will have the opportunity to play 9 holes with a PGA TOUR Champions professional, providing them with an unforgettable experience. 2025 will mark the 19th year that STPGA Junior Golfers will earn an exemption into this great event at The Woodlands Country Club—Tournament Course.
